Summer Strength Training (Begins the week of June 9 and runs through the week of August 25th)
Week of Sept. 29 -- UNLOADING!
Week of Oct. 20th: Practice officially begins! Repeat lifting workout from week of Oct. 13th. We will then take an easier week during the week of the 27th and in the first week in November we'll max out in the weight room like last year!

Week of Nov. 3 Max Out week!
Weeks of Nov. 10, 17 -- Pole Vaulters
Weeks of Nov. 10, 17 -- Sprinters, jumpers, hurdlers, middle distance
Week of Nov. 24 Special 1 day weight room workout and 1 day for later in the week without a weight room
Week of Dec. 1 -- Sprinters Lift Monday and Friday
Week of Dec. 1 -- Vaulters Lift Tuesday and Friday
