New!!!  Warm-up with emphasis on foot speed (Use this as a daily warm-up.  I know its not the most innovative stuff in the world but it will help to improve your foot speed until school starts back up, and we can teach you some new exercises)

Training Phase

Description

Week of September 29th "Neural Adaptation I" This week we will be doing CLUSTERS...  See the bottom of the workout for a full explanation.  Basically, the goal is to do 5 reps with a weight you could normally only do 3 reps with.  Have fun.
