Tutoring at SSS
Student Support Services offers a wide
variety of tutoring services.
Mathematics: Along with Maggie, the
English/Mathematics Specialist, peer tutors are on hand from
8-4:30 Monday through Friday to assist in Math courses from 050,
051, all 100 courses, 207, and 208. Tutors will not only
help you with your homework, but can help you review for tests
and quizzes.

English: Along with Maggie, the
English/Mathematics Specialist, peer tutors are on hand at
various times Monday through Friday to assist in all aspects of
writing a college paper, from brainstorming to organizing,
revising to editing. Also, Maggie and the English tutors
can assist with speech courses, such as CST 110, for organizing
and delivering a speech.

Science: New this Fall 2009 semester are
science tutors. Science tutors can assist with Biology
103/105, Chemistry 103/104, Physics 103/104, and Biology
312/313.
