ENROLLMENT VERIFICATIONS NOW ONLINE

Students who need enrollment verification for Health Insurance, Loan Deferments, Scholarships, etc. should now print out a formal statement of attendance by clicking on the menu item "Enrollment Verification" in TALON, which will take you to a secure connection to the National Student Clearinghouse. This is a free service to our students.

TRANSCRIPT ORDERING AVAILABLE ON-LINE

UW-L has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide their services via the internet for requesting transcripts. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. If this is your first time placing an order this way, please be prepared to create a personal profile and user ID/Password (keep in mind you will need this for future requests).

The site walks you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. To ensure confidentiality and to comply with federal regulations when using the internet, you must authenticate yourself. Alumni and students, electing the online service, are presented with the Consent to Release form. You are instructed to print the form, sign and fax it to the Clearinghouse before your order can be completed. In addition to the convenience of credit card payment, the online service provides email notifications as orders are received and processed by the University Registrar's Office.

Orders placed after 4:30pm Central Time will be processed the following business day by the University Registrar's Office. To continue and place your order on line, please follow this link: Clearinghouse secure site.

GOOD STUDENT DISCOUNT VERIFICATION ONLINE

Students who need good student verification for car insurance. should now print out a "Good Student Certificate" by clicking on the menu item "Enrollment Verification" in TALON, which will take you to a secure connection to the National Student Clearinghouse. This is a free service to our students.

INTENT TO GRADUATE FORMS ON TALON

Masters and Undergraduate students should complete an "Intent to Graduate" form which can be found on TALON. Students wishing to apply for an Associate Degree or who are in a Certificate program need to fill out a form in the Records & Registration Office, 117 Graff Main Hall.
