2005-2006 tuition fee schedules.

to have health, disability and malpractice insurance for both years
one and two. Malpractice insurance is typically less than $100 per
year.

on tuition fees for the 2005-2006 school year. The tuition fees for
Year Two are calculated based on an 8% annual increase in tuition. |
