APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR CLASSES BEGINNING JUNE 2011
Application Deadline: September 1, 2010
Those applicants having a complete file by September 1 will be considered for fall interviews scheduled for Friday, November 13, 2009 and Friday, November 20, 2009. These dates and interview times are assigned and no changes will be permitted. Candidates interviewed on these dates will be notified of possible offers of admission in December.
Requirements for a Complete File:
To be considered complete an applicant's file must meet the following requirements:
- The CASPA application must be complete with all transcripts and all 3 references received by CASPA by the September 1, 2009 deadline.
- The UW-L - Gundersen - Mayo PA Program Supplemental Application must be postmarked by the September 1 deadline.
- The official GRE (University of Wisconsin – La Crosse Institution Code 1914 and Medical Sciences Program Code 0609) score report must be received by UW-L by the deadline.
- Any additional required documentation, such as international transcript reviews and internet-based TOEFL scores must be received at UW-L by the deadline.
