$50 Application Fee (payable to UW-La Crosse)

  •  Please note: API, CEA, CIEE, Escape, ISEP, Pacific Challenge, UW-Eau Claire, and UW-Platteville applicants should complete program-specific applications for their program and disregard submitting the following items to OIE.

Official University Transcripts

Academic Recommendation Form (print 2)

  • One letter must be from a CURRENT instructor.

  • International Students must submit an approval note from the OIE International Student Advisor in addition to the two letters of recommendation.

Personal Statement Form

Foreign Language Essay Form (complete only if you are applying to a program which requires a foreign language).
