He has a B.A. in English from San Diego State University in San Diego, California, and
an M.A. in English from Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota.
He has taught ESL in Japan and at Viterbo University.
He teaches courses in speaking, reading and writing at the beginning, intermediate and advanced levels.
