Welcome to the Drews/Neubauer Invitational at
the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
The Drews/Neubauer is an annual cross country meet in honor of Jim Drews and
Tori Neubauer, former UW-L All-Americans and National Champions.

| WHERE: | Maple Grove Country Club - West Salem, WI 9 miles NE of UW-L campus on Highway B. See Directions Below |
| COURSE: | Men-8000 meters and Women-6000 meters |
| AWARDS: | The first 30 finishers in the Drews and Neubauer races will receive a T-shirt that will be distributed in the finish area. |
| TIMING: | Chip technology will be utilized as the primary timing and scoring system for this meet. Results will be available at www.pttiming.com shortly after the conclusion of the meet and on UW-L's web site. |
| CHIP INFO: | Chips (2 per athlete) will be distributed at check-in at the
Tree Top Lounge at Maple Grove when you pay your entry fee. Return of Chips: Chip collection will start at the conclusion of the women's race in the Tree Top Lounge. There will be a $50 per chip fee assessed for each chip not returned. Results will also be available at this location following the return of your chips. |
| ENTRY FEE: | $150.00 per team per gender ($300.00 total for a school with both genders) payable to UW-La Crosse Athletics - All late entries will be accepted ONLY with an entry fee of $225.00 per team. |
| ENTRY DEADLINE: | Entries must be completed by Monday, October 12, 2009 by 3 p.m. Central Time. |
| ENTRY PROCEDURE: | To enter your team, go to www.pttiming.com and look for the Drews/Neubauer Invitational in the schedule of Upcoming Events, and follow the prompts. |
| DRESSING: | You may dress and shower at Mitchell Hall on the UW-La Crosse campus. Mitchell Hall will be open at 9 a.m. Saturday. |
| PACKET PICK-UP: | Packets will be available at Maple Grove Country Club after 8:30 a.m. in the Tree Top Lounge on Saturday. |
| COURSE INSPECTION: | The course will be open to warm-ups after the frost is off
the grass on race day. This should be by 9:30 a.m. Please instruct
your runners to STAY OFF THE GREENS & TEES. Inspection will be
allowed Friday afternoon from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. PROCEDURE TO VIEW THE COURSE FRIDAY: 1) Call Tom Ceresa prior to arriving at 608-786-0340. 2) MUST report to the Pro Shop upon arriving at the course. 3) Teams may leave every 15:00. 4) Yield to any and all golfers. |
| TRAINER: | Trainers on duty beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday. |
| TOILET FACILITIES: |
Port-a-Potties will be available near the starting line. Please instruct your runners NOT to use the facilities in the clubhouse. ABSOLUTELY NO COMPETITORS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE CLUBHOUSE. |
| PARKING FEE: | Maple Grove Country Club will be charging a fee for spectator parking. Teams MUST display parking permit. |
