Introduction

Prompted by our efforts to better understand your perceptions of Murphy Library and to gain opinions about our quality service, we conducted a survey from April 5 through 23, 2004

Named LibQUAL+, this survey was developed and extensively tested by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL); the survey instrument has been used by more than 500 libraries since 2000.
